As manufacturers of protective equipment, we can only manufacture and market equipment with a Certificate of Approval issued by the MTE and within the expiration date. For products certified under SINMETRO, the validity of the CA is conditional on INMETRO Certification.
With the latest changes in the process of issuing the CA, many products had the CA number changed, so the user whose CA was changed and not renewed, should discard the product in use. However, ANIMASEG issued a communication made by the MTE, informing that products acquired during the validity of the CA may be kept in use, ensuring that users will not be affected by the non-renewal of the CA or its alteration.
