Send your retractable lifelines for maintenance at the Hércules factory. Our headquarters are located in São Bernardo do Campo, in the state of São Paulo.
ON-SITE MAINTENANCE
We also perform on-site maintenance of your lifelines, with a specialized technician that will come to your company.
Maintenance Management
We manage the maintenance history of your retractable lifelines and will notify you near the expiration date of your certification.
GENERAL INFORMATION
WHY SHOULD I PERFORM THE MAINTENANCE OF MY LIFELINES?
Fall restraint equipment like retracting lifelines is the only equipment that can be serviced after a fall. Pursuant to ABNT 14628 standard, an annual inspection of the products is recommended, and the period between inspections cannot exceed 12 months.
CAN I HAVE THE MAINTENANCE DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY?
According to ABNT 14628, the maintenance can be carried out by the manufacturers or a company indicated by them.
IMPORTANT
The safe use of the equipment does not depend on whether it has suffered a fall. It must be sent annually to the manufacturer, who will carry out the entire inspection of the equipment, besides the due corrections, and will return the equipment to the client with the lifeline recertification document.
